What if my parcel arrives damaged?
We take great care packing every order, but unfortunately things can sometimes go wrong in transit — and we're sorry if that's happened to you.
If you spot any damage when the courier arrives, the best thing to do is refuse the delivery so it comes back to us. We'll then organise a replacement or full refund without delay. Should you decide to accept the parcel, please ask the courier to record the damage and complete a damage report before you sign for it.
Discovered the damage only after unwrapping?
