Q: How long do I have to change my mind?

Standard: You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item without giving a reason. Registered customers: If you created an account on Lovesexshop, your return window is extended to 90 days.

Q: Can I return an item if I’ve opened it?

If you just changed your mind: NO. For hygiene and legal reasons, intimate products (lubricants, sex toys, underwear, etc.) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened. If the item is faulty: YES. Opened products that develop a manufacturing defect are fully covered under our warranty.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?

Change of mind (withdrawal): You are responsible for the return postage costs. Faulty item (warranty): Lovesexshop covers the postage. Keep your receipt/proof of postage so we can reimburse you. Please note: We cannot accept Cash-on-Delivery / COD parcels.

When and how will I get my refund?

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse and is checked, we typically sort out your refund within 3 business days and no later than 14 days back to your original payment method.
