What happens next?
- Arrival: as soon as your parcel reaches us, we'll check it.
- Notification: we'll email you once it's been processed.
- Refund or exchange: we'll sort it out within 3 business days.
Right of withdrawal: if you changed your mind
Under EU law you always have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your order. As a goodwill extension, we give you even longer:
- Everyone: 30 days (on top of your statutory rights).
- Registered customers: 90 days.
Items non-eligible for return
For hygiene reasons, sealed products that are designed for use on or in the body cannot be returned once unsealed. This includes cosmetics, massage oils, lubricants, and sex toys. If the hygienic seal is broken, the statutory right of withdrawal is void. As a goodwill gesture, we may instead offer a store credit voucher up to the purchase price; this is optional and not a legal entitlement.
