Sending back a faulty item? Please check these before you post it:
- You've inserted the correct number of batteries, with the right polarity,
- You've used standard (non-rechargeable) batteries — rechargeables are slightly larger and can get stuck,
- For products with a built-in battery: fully charge it before first use.
