- For toys priced between £21 and £555: 2 years warranty
- Going big and spending over £556? You get a 3-year warranty
Your warranty starts from the date your pleasure package lands at your door (your invoice is also your warranty certificate, so don’t lose it!).
What’s not covered?
We want you to get the most out of your toys, but there are a few things that void your warranty:
- Using your toy in any way other than intended (unless installed by us or one of our authorised experts).
- Ignoring the instructions, getting a bit too wild, or rough handling.
- Improper storage, damage from accidents, or a little too much “adventure”.
- Any elemental damage or natural disasters.
What if something goes wrong?
- You can ask us to repair or swap your toy for a new one.
- If that's not possible or it’s taking too long, you can get a discount or arrange your own repair (and we’ll help cover the cost).
- If the problem’s a big one, you can return the toy and get your money back.
Important: You can’t use the warranty and make a legal complaint for the same issue at the same time.
